Rick Springfield was pretty cool!

My wife and I went to see Rick Saturday night. It was a cool 111 degrees out but Rick did not let the heat stop him. The dude is full of energy and rocked harder than I thought he would. The audience was 80 - 20 females over males and Rick spent about 20 minutes in the crowd while he was playing. For a 56 year old he still has it.

Good show from Dr. Noah Drake.

He was very energetic. If he comes anywhere near you guys to play, you must go. The vibe in the crowd was electric and if your a guy reading this saying, no way would I go to a Rick Springfield show, think again. There were tons of ladies there. I mean it was eye candy overload.

LOL! The same thing at a Duran Duran concert. My husband is thinking he might actually go with me if these guys come through town again.

<br>Woodland, do you like his new stuff? Admittedly, the only song of his that I can name is Jesse's Girl...
[/quote]How bout 'Don't Talk To Strangers' & 'Human Touch' (great kickin tune BTW)
Back around 1972 or so, he put out an inspirational track called 'Speak To The Sky' (kinda jangly, country flavored tune)
I have them on the hub if you care to give them a listen.[;)]

He's also a creep. Read the report, http://www.thesmokinggun.com/archive/springfield1.html

Good looking guys have all the fun. I wish I was good looking. I could get away with murder (especially if I did it in CA).

Don't Talk To Strangers is a great song. It always struck me as a really sad song, too.
