I really don't know anything about walmart... but they are going to open the first in New York by 2007. In queens. (I hope they have some good sales..oops did I say that? Kidding!)[;)]

Just because "other companies do it" doesn't make it any more acceptable. C'mon--since when should protecting their "hiring and training costs" be more important than their own employees ? What kind of message does this send their employees ? Yes, I know

I dunno. People are so easliy biased. Places like Wal Mart will always rule over commerce in America, until the day we die basically. People know its bad. But even those who are aware and against Wal Mart..still shop there. I hate everything it stands for

I have never stepped foot in a Wal-mart and after reading all this I'm glad about it. I shop at K-mart!
