Personally, I don't think she could come back down through the net with her hands at her side and not get caught up somehow. If her hands were up, perhaps?

Fake, I have no doubt.
1) the dubbed-in "swish" sound is Exactly that of a rubber basketball's swish. I doubt a 5ft cheerleader would make that exact sound, (if of course she could even fit thru without breaking her neck).
