I have no idea. I guess the (English) Beat could be considered the opposite of General Public.

I assumed that since the clue began with "You" the answer has to begin with "I".

Since we're grasping at straws, my guess for #19 is I Got You.

Okay, just got back from work. Here are some final hints before I give the answers:

For #1, the b-side of this 1979 single was previously performed by Marvin Gaye, Gladys Knight, and Creedence Clearwater Revival. And at least two members of the group that did this song had no problem baring their breasts on the album cover.

For #19, remember that the word "you" can also be used as plural. For example, a high school coach might tell two groups of students, "YOU are the blue team and YOU are the red team."
