Anyone? ... English Beat CD - B.P.M. 12" Mixes

Postby DJ Lex » Mon Apr 04, 2005 12:53 pm

So, there's an English Beat 12" compilation that existed at some point:
http://ubl.artistdirect.com/nad/store/a ... 99,00.html

I would like to track down this CD (to buy it), but I need more info about it. Does anyone have this CD that could contact me about the details - catalog number, etc. ?

I'd also like to compare the mixes to see if they are the same as this double LP that I have:

Any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks,
DJ Lex

Hey Lex,

I have this compilation. There are two versions. The early pressings were a 2-CD set. Disc one is a best of, Disc two contained nothing but mixes (old and new). I bought the CD because "March Of The Swivelheads" is on CD2, and I was compiling

Just got the email. Much thanks for the work in putting together that info!

I do have the CD single of Mirror In The Bathroom Remixes.

It looks like the vinyl mixes and the bonus CD are the same versions. This gives me another seek-and-collect

BAM!!!

Jim, you stud! Thanks to the info you sent, I was able to keep an eye on eBay for a copy. One was finally listed and I nabbed it for $20 from a UK seller.

Thanks a million. This is one of those elusive CDs I can cross off my list.
