SHARE NEW: The Continuous Beauty Of The Unknown 80s Vol. 28

Postby Rissan » Fri Mar 07, 2025 4:32 am

It is Friday again, so here is a new volume of this series of compilations.

My apologies, but when I listened to this compilation again I noticed the fluctuation in volume, which made me do something about it.

The result is that you are now being presented with songs that were supposed to be presented later this year.

This time a regular volume.

Getting close to Seasons Break. Number 30 will be the last for a while, but I will return with even more volumes later this year.
Also to present you a little glimpse already, I am preparing some huge and great thematic volumes and number 30 will be the first of those thematic volumes.

Please note, this in NO way is intended to take away sales from any of the artists included here but rather a way
to discover or rediscover these timeless and sometimes unknown masterpieces.
Please support these bands if they should have material available! They deserve all the credit!

Up for a week.

The tracks:

01. Adventure Set - Blue Is For Boys (4:31)
02. Dan Reed Network - Ritual (club single) (4:06)
03. Lisfrank - Man Without Limits (3:58)
04. Tacite Intese - The Shine Of The Fire (4:16)
05. Ex-Post-Facto - Oceanic Explorers (4:49)
06. Taboo - Into THe Sun (3:26)
07. Logic System - Be Yourself (5:03)
08. Robert Tepper - When You Dream Of Love (4:48)
09. Maurice & The Cliches - Soft Core (2:58)
10. Silent Guest - Desperate Measures (3:26)
11. Bill Nelson - Youth Of Nation On Fire (4:04)
12. Blancmange - God's Kitchen (4:32)
13. Modern Vision - Stay (3:09)
14. A House - Call Me Blue (2:15)
15. Fanny 'N' Danny - Second Hand Rag (2:36)

Check out nearly half of the songs were replaced due to the loudness of the song

Song 04. Tacite Intese - The Shine Of The Fire (4:16)

I can't find an Discog entry on this group... any bones to throw my way on who they are? Obviously they are obscure, thus the sound quality, but I like to put up some info on them in the metadata? Maybe they are just too forgotten by now... it happens...

The track is from the compilation L'Italia Taglia from 1985: https://www.discogs.com/release/2593206 ... lia-Taglia

Thank You for doing that for me ! I was stumped even doing a Google search and came up with nothing. Discogs search feature sometimes just doesn't pull up results on some of these really obscure rarities.
