Is that the band that became Talk Talk? If so I've got a vinyl copy on the "Streets" compilation that Beggars Banquet put out in '78.
I could rip it for you but I have no way of sending it to you, unless you've got an ftp site I could send it to.

i just followed this link you left,alt.binaries.punk.
there were a bunch of clash mp3s listed, but i couldnt for the life of me figure out how it worked, or how to download them?
