Update:

Paul keeps working away at Volumes 31 to 34 and we hope to still have them ready before April with 35 to follow in either April or May.

Good News! We have secured the (Extended Mix) of the brilliant track from The Bernhardts "I Hear You Calling" and will include that on 31 instead of the 7" Version.

I will update the track listing listed previously in this thread.

Julio continues to work on the artwork and now has the first 11 volumes confirmed as good to go with respect to the text info., Volume 12 just has one slight correction to make.

As Julio posts the artwork if anyone notices anything not correct please let us know. I wouldn't get too hung up on the release year since that can vary. Sometimes we went with the year the actual version ( mix ) was released and in other cases we went with the year the song first appeared for the marketplace.

There are a few songs we have 2 release years listed mainly for updated / considerably different versions years later.

Swerve, That's great news! I had put out the word to some people I've swapped things with, looking for the Bernhardts, and came up completely empty. Glad you guys could find it, though the 7" would be welcome as well

On the year stuff - that often depends on the country of origin, release dates would get pushed back if there was so-called competition, etc. I've seen things that came out in 2018 with a 2019 copyright, promo copies used to get released, etc. No worries on minor details.

musfan: Paul and I discussed including the 7" for The Bernhardts and we are going to go ahead and do that since it's such a great song.

It replaces Elisa Waut on Volume 32 since that track was a little bit on the dance pop side.

The track listing is now firm barring any unforeseen issues with any of the tracks.

Update

Volumes 31 to 33 are now ready for Paul to post before April.

Unfortunately a hard drive issue has come up unexpectedly and will cause Volume 34 to more than likely be available with Volume 35 sometime before June unless the issue is too severe to overcome and has to be delayed further.

We should know more in the next few weeks.

Julio now has the artwork done and confirmed for Volumes 19 to 24 with 25 and 26 still to be reviewed. He should be able to make all those available in the not too distant future.

Artwork for Volumes 27 and beyond will be forthcoming.

The exact run times for Volumes 31 to 33 have been updated on Page 4 of this thread.

Hello All,

As Dave mentioned, I had the misfortune of my hard drive dying while working on the remaining Digital 80s. I'm in the process of bringing the drive to a Data Recovery Specialist in hopes they can recover all my files which include hundreds of remastered tracks/home videos etc. a long with the remaining Digital 80's Volumes 34 & 35 which were pretty much completed. Any help or suggestions with this matter would greatly be appreciated!

Anyway, luckily, I had backed up Volumes 31, 32 & 33!

With that said, I'm posting them sooner rather than later!

Hopefully Julio can work his magic and create artwork for these volumes as well!

I hope you all enjoy them as much as we did putting them together!
