I just checked my files with the software you mentioned and it's all upscaled. I traced them back to the WAV file which I have. The original WAV ripped is clean. However, the WAV file which is cut to tracks are all upscaled. So the degradation must happen when I manually cut the original files to tracks.

Any suggestions what software to used to cut the WAV to each individual tracks without losing the quality? I can't use Foobar2000 as I have no CUE files. I'm still new in doing this.
