New BBC rips
Posted: Tue Jul 26, 2005 7:09 amI just finished ripping some fascinating, in depth programs from BBC Radio that I had on tape if anyone wants to check them out on the Hub.
- About the Pet Shop Boys
- Pet Shop Boys, Really!
- Johnny Cash, the American
- It's Like That, the Run DMC story
- Pills 'n' Thrills 'n' Bellyaches, the Happy Mondays story
And two BBC radio studio concerts:
- Elvis Costello. This was from the Sold On Song series. A bunch of classics along with insightful chatter from Costello in between songs. Was never a huge EC fan so if anyone can help me out with song names, that would be great.
- Annie Lennox. This was a sneak preview performance of the album Bare along with classics from Medusa. Broadcast in 2003 a few months before Bare was released.
They're all radio broadcast quality so they're pretty darn good. I'd be interested in any feedback anyone could give. Enjoy![:)]
