Discuss hard-to-find or out-of-print New Wave and '80s Alternative, and share a few songs along the way.
NOTE: requesting songs that are entirely unrelated to the genres discussed here or easily found on CD is strongly discouraged and posts will be enforced as needed.

To anyone out there who has the vinyl of "Ransom Note", an album by early 80's band Dear Enemy. I desperately want to hear from you! I have been trying to get my hands on a new copy since my brother threw mine out the window! Have gone to P2P sites looking for it and so far have only been able to obtain 'Computer One' and 'The Good Life'. Would LOVE to hear from ANYONE who has the entire album, even if it is still vinyl and not in perfect condition! I have Sound Laundry, so I can handle restoring it! PLEASE, someone out there must still own a copy of this album!

All the songs from Dear Enemy "Ransom Note" are available on "The Best Of CD" - includes a song from a soundtrack. There are a few copies on Ebay and on Gemm.

You shouldn't have a problem finding the entire LP on eBay, I have seen a brand new (still sealed) copy for like $5.99 I believe it was.
Thanks, Justin/DevoManiac101
