TB Frank "Sugar Sugar"

Over a year ago, whiteboy88 id'ed the song for me that I had been trying to figure out since the early 90's or so and I've been searching for it ever since.
There's a CD single on GEMM now for around $35 which is more than I'm ready to cough up for this song since I "remember" liking it, but I'm not sure I trust my judgement due to my state of mind when I used to hear it.
