Fixed: The Good Cause - Luxemburg (Het Goede Doel - België)

I've only ever found one copy of the official video of the 1985 English language version of Het Goede Doel's 1982 Dutch hit "België (Is er leven op Pluto...?)" on Youtube, and while the quality isn't the best, it's what we have until someone releases a better quality video. I corrected the audio, since the video had multiple pops and flaws and was way too low, and I also corrected the aspect ratio of the video so it's not overly stretched. Since the audio in the uploaded video cut off some of the song at the beginning and at the end, I inserted album and single art, and a picture of the band to pad the space since I am using the full version of the song. I had to sync the song with the original video's audio, and I don't think I did too badly for having done that for the first time with a program (OpenShot) that I've never used before. ;)

Anyway, enjoy, and thanks to the person who provided the high quality MP3 to make this possible!
