Does anyone know this song title? (lyrics in post)

I downloaded this song off Kazaa a while back, and it said it was "Ship of Fools" by Erasure. When I listened, it wasn't that song. Here are some of the lyrics, or at least they should be close:

Anyway, I think that is pretty close to the lyrics, but it might be a bit off. If anyone could tell me what the title is, I would really appreciate it!

That might be "Ship of fools" by World party.
You can find it on the Private Revolution cd
