As Aevion93 said, hopefully the single (and extended?!) version don't have the incredibly abrupt transition from first chorus to second verse, like the album version.

Got the deluxe boxset yesterday. Many others in the US have it now also.

The build quality is good, the box is heavy and held together with staples. The colored vinyl looks great, and all come in black sleeves. There is an oversized booklet, 2 stickers, and 1 sheet with the credits.

The mixes are just that, extended versions ranging from the same length to up to 3 minutes added. Some are much better than others. You get a card with a download code for mp3 files and hd flac.

Unfortunately, the files are all brickwalled. I have ripped the vinyl myself, and its slightly better. Beware.

Japanese release has a bonus track entitled Restless (bonus extended mix), at a length of 7:09. Does anyone know-- Is it merely a shortened version of the 9:30 extended mix, or is it a different remix altogether?

Its just a shortened version with a slightly different structure.

Sounds good. I have to say this is my favourite track on the album, and I was very happy to hear it was to be released as a single. Sadly the single version is another messed up affair like Restless (although I quite like the structure to the single version of that song), and it sounds so compressed. Seems to be a thing with Mute.

All three of those mixes did away with the Italian vocals? Bummer.

Go for the album with the Extended versions (vinyl & download).
Lose tracks 5 and 9 and what you've got is a FANTASTIC album !

I liked Music Complete a lot but I have to say the extended Complete Music is even better.

And improve on some of the good ones.
