if your having problems getting rid of this virus using your anti-spy ware or hijackthis software, then try this, download a program called

cwshredder from http://cwshredder.net/bin/CWSInstall.exe>. after you install it , reboot your computer and open cwshredder. when the cwshredder window appeares, it will give you 4 options at the bottome of the window. click on the tab that says "FIX". after it locates and removes the cw files it will ask you to reboot. after you reboot , then run hijackthis. it worked for me. comments and questions please.[8D][:(][:(] have a nice day.
