The song is obviously a cover version of Chris De Burgh - Eastern Wind.

So the song's title could be very likely a little different as well (probably to avoid as much as possible the copyright issues).
There is no such word as Scotland in the lyrics.
It is very likely from Germany or Austria, eventually Switzerland or Denmark.
Genre: Rock / Pop / Electronic.
