I need to use it constantly at work and most of the time it either freezes up or tells me it's busy. IT'S BUSY?!?! Tell that to the customer we not-so-affectionally call Rainman who is rocking himself and humming nervously

You'd think that since they are redoing the site they'd use the opportunity to fix a few things i.e. when you go to a page with a compilation album it lists all the players and producers on the record but doesn't say what bands they were with.
