Well this thread is old, but so am I and I just stumbled upon it, so....

I have very fond memories of 007 and Malibu in the early 90's. Malibu was the first 'proper' club I went to, right as Madchester and the like was making its way to the States and I got swept up in it. I can remember waiting on lines outside for the 18 and over college nights on thursdays.

007 was also grand, but of course they upped the age to get in from 18 to 19 right when I turned 18 and was psyched to get in... and since my fake ID was so poor, I had to wait another year. But great music, great memories from that scene. Sometimes I wish I could go back.

Those 2 places (plus Paris NY & Camouflage) were my regular haunts from 1985 - 90 or so.

After that, work & home life became too demanding and I had to seriously curtail my club outings.

The wife and I actually kept going to Malibu til it closed in the mid 90's.
Great times were those..[8D]

I was just thinking of SPIT - must have been listening to Morrissey or the Cult. Anyway, I was the dick on those big boxes chucking ice cubes at you.

This new Pulse @ Morgan's out in Shirley every Thursday night sounds like it could be good. I might just check it out.
