<br>MAS,

Yeah, I read your post a while back and made a mental note...my daughter was born in the meantime and I was out of action for awhile.

I have the 1984 12"

Side A is How to be a Zillionaire Wall Street Mix
Side B is How to be a Millionaire and How to be a Millionaire Acapella

I didn't post the acapella version as it would make even the most die hard ABC fan cringe, I'm sure!!!

Hooray! Congratulations to your family on the birth of your daughter! You realize, don't you, that you'll have to post pictures of her? What exciting news!

Thanks, too for posting that song. As a matter of fact, I also have the 12" vinyl, but I haven't a way of ripping vinyl as of yet. I do enjoy the a cappella version, however.

While folks are on an ABC sharing trip--

Didn't one of their _Zillionaire_-era 12" singles have an ABC megamix? I had all the singles--in every format--from this record, but I lost them in a fire years ago. [:(] If anyone has this, I'd love it.

Thanks, NuWaveRX, for "Judy's Jewels"--I remember that fondly (the B-side to "Vanity Kills", right?)

I've got that megamix at home. It essentially mixes together the singles from the Millionaire LP--I'll try to post it in the next day or two. And you are correct about Judy's b-side status[:)]

Thanks IWMMTV ---- I forgot how cool 'Vertigo' was... the ending is almost a precurser to 'How To Be a' type of sound...Im sure you've seen it but you should search out the film 'Made In Sheffield' --- AMAZING history on ABC, Human League, et al.

BTW for those ABC nuts out there I highly reccomend: ABC - The Lexicon Of Love (Deluxe Edition). A gorgeous remaster of a tremendous album plus tons of rarities. And while your at it why not get it from The Ideal Copy and support those who trying to keep NW alive:

Thanks for the Megamix!

It looks like I need to get another copy of _Lexicon_; this reissue looks great! On vinyl, cassette, and CD, I've bought this album at least 6 times...it's worth it; it's a masterpiece.

By the way, has anyone heard the "Harajuku Mix" of this song? Also, is the remaster of this album any better than the original?

I was in Los Angelos one summer in the mid 80's and KROQ played something by ABC right about the time they changed their lineup and eden joined and the little bald guy......the song went something like them chanting "A--B--C" and then each member of the group spoke a little about themsleves....does anyone else remember this?? Does anyone have it?? Its a song that I taped on cassette and have since lost track of through various moves. Any help in either identifying or obtaining this would be greatly appreciated.

This was a B-Side - but it also appeared on the LP it was called 'A to Z'....had the various "band members" (ficticious and otherwise) giving a little "quote" and then moving on to that "A-B-C-" chant...My band Rotator actually used some samples from that song ......unfortunately, and much to my chagrin I dont have this in digital form --- but Im POSITIVE someone outthere does, as its not really that obscure....but here is Rotators 'I'm High'(2001) gratitously sampling ABC's 'A-to-Z' with much respect....
