Totally agree with Neil Kelly's comments. It would have been nice to have a 2cd/dvd set as I too would rather have paid a little more to make it more complete. I love the early Bananarama so leaving it any video or songs from the first two albums is a bummer for me. Still super happy to have the dvd and to be able to watch the girls so clearly on the large screen tv.

I guess i should've also said there was a Greatest hits type megamix video or two also. And whilst the CD is lacking, at least it finally went up to date unlike all the others. Love comes was a great track and it was great that it made a Best of appearance so at least it will reach some new ears. I personally like Bananarama's less successful singles such as Aie a Mwana, Cheers then, Rough justice, Hotline to heaven, Do not disturb, More than physical, A trick of the night and Last thing on my mind. Just seen that megamix was called 'Multimix' and featured Cruel Summer, Na Na Hey Hey (Kiss Him Goodbye), Shy Boy, Robert De Niro's Waiting and Really Saying Something, in that order. It also featured The Greatest hits VHS from 1988.

Yes, DVD is great. And it's NTSC Region 0.

It was sad that a few videos were missed as everyone states especially 'The state i'm in' but i've found another which seems to be missing namely 'Mr Sleaze' which was included on the 'Greatest hits collection' VHS from about 1988 i think. I received my copy as many others did 3 days before release from HMV £10 signed and delivered. What value! I would've paid far more if they had made the CD a double to include about 40 singles. Missed a trick there IMO but at least we finally have that elusive Bananarama DVD with so many videos and in great quality too!

I haven't listen to the cd yet but the dvd is amazing. Outstanding quality except for maybe "The Wild Life" which is slightly lower quality to me compared to the rest. Amazing to finally watch Bananarama with such clarity on a big screen tv. Keren is just stunning. A++++ on this release. The only sad thing as mentioned is that they didn't include "The State I'm In". Wish they stuck it in here as hidden video.

Yes, that's correct, if we speak about the original(!) album releases, and not re-releases with accompanying bonus material.

I stand by the opinion this is essential collection as it includes all the A-side original(!) promo videos released worldwide. Let alone later remix video versions that rarely do any artist video collections. I do know it's sad but that's the way music industry usually works. There's so much more to talk about, but that's subject for another thread.

Trick of The Night [Alt. Version]
Love In The First Degree [Live AT BPI Awards Version]
Cruel Summer 89
Megamrama 89 [Germany, France, Japan A-side]

All absent. Not essential but considering this is likely to be the one and only DVD release, I'd have pushed the banana boat right out.

I guess Warners have focused on just the ones made for the singles' A-sides released worldwide. "State I'm In" was a B-side release, whereas "I Found Love" was released in Japan only. "It Ain't What You Do" was considered a Fun Boy Three song indeed, as it's credited as The Fun Boy Three with Bananarama and is featured on their 1982 debut. If EMI would ever release a DVD with all of their (Fun Boy Three) videos, it certainly should be included on it too.

Even though I never liked the song ,Waterloo should've been one of the most important releases since it featured Siobhan.
