There's about half dozen more videos on the Hub. Claire's a babe. AI was an unabashedly fun guilty pleasure.

i used to own an altered images snare drum... "cp grogan" is now an actress, but in the 80's was more famous for getting verrrrrrrry drunk in the "rock garden" bar... she was cute, but not a patch on tracey tracey from the primitives!

Thanks a million DearGod. I don't think I've ever seen a video to that song. Altered Image is by far one of my favoritews from the era.

Clare Grogan played Christine Kochanski in several early episodes of "Red Dwarf."

Thank you. And let's not forget Miss Grogan in the movie Comfort and Joy. I will never forget her apperance on MV3 being interviewed by Richard Blade. She had on a short little skirt and a cowboy hat...the very definition of cute.

Thanks, Dear God! Very fun, cute, and adorable, but also one of the worst demonstrations of lip-synching I've ever seen.

How do you say "lipsynch" in German?

And, jeez, what's the deal with that outfit? She couldn't look any more like a carnival attraction if she were decked out in lederhosen.

They shot a real promo for it. As you can see, Clare wasn't doing the rodeo clown in granny stockings thing here...

That's funny - I thought the same thing. She didn't even stop to take a breath!

SomebodySomewhere mentioned her wacky outfit, but I really liked it! It's refreshing to see that she was having fun with her look and not wearing what everyone else was at the time.

I already had that vid, but I could watch Clare sing & dance all day. I don't care what she wears. If you want to know how to dance new wave, just watch Clare.

A few years ago Altered Images did a reunion set at a 'Here & Now' show in the UK. Here's an interview with Claire on that:

Their 3rd album was produce by Mike Chapman so given the good looks of claire, their record company definitely had some debbie harry/blondie-like promotional ideas on sound and looks.

Ah! Yes!

Ms. Grogan, got to love her! I am an extremely huge Altered Images fan and absolutely adore their album "Bite," songs like: Bring Me Closer, Change Of Heart, Love To Stay, and Don't Talk To Me About love make that album a complete masterpiece. I was thrilled when the re-mastered CD came out with all bonus tracks. "Last Goodbye" is an amazing B-side and altogether probably my favorite track by them as a group.

As for music video's, It's really cool to see the Happy Birthday image clips. I have all 6 of their concept music video's, including several live performances.

MuzakMusik.
