Cowboys International and Fingerprintz?

I was just wondering whatever became of these two bands.I liked their albums alot. I know that Cowboys International did that one LP on Virgin back in 1979.It's too bad that they didn't record a second LP after that first one. What a great LP "The Original Sin" was.

Now all I know about Fingerprintz is that they recorded 3 albums, also on Virgin, but after that I guess they broke up.One of the members later went on to join up with Adam Ant's band on the Vive Le Rock LP.I can't rmember his name though.Too bad that no one has yet to reissue any of the original Fingerprintz LP's onto CD,or at least put out a greatest hits on them onto CD.

re: fingerprintz-

wasn't this Jimmie O'Neill's band? He played with Lene Lovich (Say When),
and then after Fingerprintz went on to form The Silencers.
IIRC. Anyone else please feel free to correct/add to this.

I always get confused between the European Fingerprintz and the Twin Tone band Fingerprints.

Formed in the (very) late 70's, Fingerprintz was a part of the "Virgin Recor

The Cowboys International album "Original Sin" has been reissued on CD, retitled, "Revisited". It's pretty much the original album minus, I think, one or two songs, but also includes some bonus tracks. The sound quality is excellent. The song "Fixation
