Nocturnal Emissions??

Postby Frau_Blucher » Sun Aug 08, 2004 3:56 am

Anyon remember these guys. I just remember my buddies and I talking about them but can't for the life of remember any of their songs. Ironically, a movie about memory loss, "50 First Dates", reminded me of them (the brother had said emissions, due to 'roids). I know there was at least one song that got KROQ airplay. Anyone?

here's the official website: http://www.earthlydelights.co.uk/

the song that might've been on kroq was "world view" a seven inch, from 1981.

That's the band but not the song. This is a real brain teasr - it's just on the fringes of my consciousness.

If we're talking about Nocturnal Emissions, not a lot of their stuff is KROQ(or any new wave station)-friendly. But the album 'Songs of Love & Revolution' from 1985 is borderline synth pop/industrial and the first track 'Never give up' is strangely remini
