These guys really captured the spirit of the moment, still guitar-based but pushing the envelope to the spooky world of the likes of robert smith, or some other-worldly place like "Real Life". They sound very rappd up in ther work, and seem to be selling the ambience rather than trying to get a top-40 hit. I'm not even sure where they are from, I thought they were from Canada, but then someone else told me they were from England. I had all their stuff on vinyl at one point, but even the album liner notes don't tell you where they are from. I am really looking for a copy of their first full-length album entitled "Undone". They are Canadian, but they moved to the UK!!
