I can think at least of 10 songs that are really really great and then of 20 more songs that are great.
But go put on "shake the disease" and tell me that it's not great... or do the same for Strangelove.

This was my original list:
Never let me down again
Strangelove
People are people
Everything Counts
Behind The Wheel
Policy of Truth
Walking in my shoes
Enjoy the silence
Halo
Dreaming of me

See now how things change:
Shake the disease
Master and servant
Strangelove
Everything counts
It's no good
Walking in my shoes
Somebody
Love in itself
Never let me down again
A pain that I'm used to

Conclusion: Depeche Mode has way too many songs that are great so you may be fond of some at one time and fond of others at another.

Only 10? Not an easy task.

In no particular order:

Here Is The House
Stripped
World In My Eyes
Enjoy The Silence
Shake The Disease
Walking In My Shoes
Halo
Leave In Silence
Precious
Home

I'm sure if I do this again tomorrow I'll have completely different answers. There are about 50 REALLY GOOD songs to choose from.

Ooh, what a tough assignment.

Leave In Silence
See You
Get The Balance Right
Everything Counts
Strangelove
But Not Tonight
Policy Of Truth
A Question Of Time
John The Revelator
Never Let Me Down Again

It was kind of hard dwindling my faves list of 65 down to 10, but I'm sure you all struggled with the same dilemma. These are the ones I find myself listening to the most on my Video iPod when I'm driving, so there you go. (The last three are amazing to crank up to the fullest and start screaming like a maniac. A celebration for the end of the day.)

(Or would that be "Black Celebration"?!)
