You know I gotta say that since I joined this forum I've skipped over this post everytime because I honestly cannot for the life of me have a favorite DD song of the day!

It will always forever be Save A Prayer.

Forever.

Forever.

Everyday.

Forever.

Is nightrunner not the name of the 1st single? I think last news was it was due for release in May (probably been held up though knowing DD).. who knows when the Album will be released...

Also.. Simon Le Bon will be performing a duet with Justin Timberlake at the upcoming Diana tribute concert.

Sounds good, TM. but is it feasible for a band to launch a single in May & then LP in Sept? Thats a long stretch of 4 months

Nothing DD on my cd player today but plenty of Cliff Richard/John Denver[:D]

This is DD we are talking about.. anything is possible ;-) Am just reporting all the last reported dates for the releases.

I personally do doubt though, that we will see the nightrunner single in may.

Cliff Richard and John Denver...? [xx(]

[:D] hehe

Yes, Sir Cliffy & John RIP Denver. I love Bread, Beatles, Carpenters, Abba, Boney M, Smokie, Christie, Barry Manilow etc too(most were my constant childhood companions)[:D] PEACE

But my core favourite is the 80s of cos. Wildboys for today!

latebar, latebar, latebar...

If you scoured my previous posts on this board you would know that I am about to eat my words and completely contradict myself.

Tonight on a whim I listened to a CD rip of Seven and the Ragged Tiger a friend gave me, the first time I have listened to this entire album since about 1985. And I was pleasantly surprised. It was MUCH better than I remembered, maybe because the sound was so clean. When I got beyond the singles, I was impressed with the arrangements of the other album tracks.

Anyway, I have to say I enjoyed the whole album from start to finish, maybe excepting the instrumental Tiger Tiger. And Union of the Snake is still one funky little number after all those years.
