Forgot Birthday Party! they were ace. Good choice jfiber (I was torn over Spirit).

Excuse the term 'Goth' but the only other phrase I was aware of in the early 80's was 'positive-punk' which was a pretty naff label. Goth only got used in the 90's onwards, but thats another discussion.

The tracks I listed were my personal faves that I always rushed to the dancefloor. Along with The Cramps, Theatre of Hate, Killing Joke, The Stranglers (not goth' but they always wore black) and The Fall.
