Top 100 New Wave/80s Best Vocalists (In Order)

I really tried to be unbiased as possible.
I tried to judge the individuals on originality and singing ability.
An example of this is Phillip Oakey. He is one of my favorite singers,
but he's not the greatest singer, technically speaking.
So he's #100 on the list.
