Josie Cotton's "Convertible Music". Josie with her black, pseudo-bee hive, all dolled up behind the wheel of a red, 1962 T- Bird convertible. The look on her face told you she was ready for more than just driving with the top down. http://www.artistdirect.com/nad/store/a ... 55,00.html

The Motel's first album featuring the old lady in the blue, one piece bathing suit. Like a John Waters' film, very surreal and somewhat disturbing. http://www.artistdirect.com/nad/store/a ... 21,00.html

Blondie- Parallel Lines. The sexiest woman in rock at the time, surrounded by her band with vertical black and white rows as a backdrop. THE image of new wave and one of the best albums of the genre. http://www.superseventies.com/spblondie.html

Wall Of Voodoo. That damned, black ceramic dog still haunts me. Make him stop staring. http://www.artistdirect.com/nad/store/a ... 42,00.html

The Cars first album. The alluring, smiling, wild eyed girl on the cover contrasted with the dark motif and estranged feel of the music inside. http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/de ... 9?v=glance

The Clash - London Calling...Brilliant take off on the cover of the first Elvis album...

The Stranglers - The Raven...3D, very cool...

Thomas Dolby - Aliens ate my Buick...shitty album, good artwork

Killing Joke - Revelations...I can remember buying this album and thinking 'What a cool cover'

DEVO - Freedom of Choice...just a really good feel to the photography

Siouxsie and the Banshees - Hyena...excellent cover art

Spinal Tap - Smell the Glove...How much more black could this be? and the answer is ‘None. None...more black’

I really thought the artwork for Shark Sandwich had more to say.
