Postby Frau_Blucher » Mon Mar 08, 2004 3:55 am

Hi all, I'm in SoCal this week visting my old stomping grounds - 88 degrees today, nice! Thinking of popping into the HOB in Anaheim for the Fixx this Wednesday. Anyone seen these guys recently? Any good? I viewed them as more MOR back in the day, but hey I'll go hear anyone who can crank out a decent concert.

Cheers, Mike

A resounding "hell yes!" to that question. I've seen The Fixx twice in the last 2 years and they are superb. I never saw them back in the day, but they are amazingly tight and Cy sounds as good as ever. Don't miss them if you can make it ... I'm sure they

Glad you enjoyed the show! I'm sure it was awesome. One thing I hate about the HOB and similar venues is that you have to stand up all night, and man are my dogs barking by the night's end!
