[br]Ok, I missed the opening act (don't even know who it was) so I can't comment on them.
The sound was not very good. Martin's drums and the bass player's sound blended into one long low rumble throughout the set.
Chrissie's voice was pretty clear on the songs (or maybe it's because I know the lyrics) but her in between banter wasn't clear. Her guitar was good....slashing away, stabbing at the air and leaving stinging cuts.
The lead guitar was ok at best...it sometimes got lost in the muddy bottom end of drums and bass. They're all very talented (clearly) but the sound was not up to par. It wasn't a very long set but they did hit a lot of my favorites and came back for 3 encores ending with "Precious".
I'm glad I went cause I missed them back in the day....but it was a $20.00 show with a $45.00 price tag.
I'd go see them again but not at the Cleveland Agora.

I saw them the week before at the Turning Stone Casino in Oneida, New York. Chrissie was in amazing form. She was prowling around the stage, ripping and riffing the whole time. To her credit, she really let the band rip it up through all of their standards. The sound was fine but Martin messed up a couple of times on the count. At one point he yelled that he couldn't hear because of this plexiglass shield they had put up around his kit.

I think that plexiglass sheild contributed to the sound problem (Martin had the same problem here too....a coupla mis-starts). Chrissie was dancing and interacting and had a "triangle" step.
1. Sing in front of microphone.
2. Walk towards the front right stage.
3. Side step across the front of the stage to the left.
4. Backup to the starting point and sing some more. She did this throughout the night.
It was a fun show. I just wish the sound was better.
