"PRETTY IN PINK"
the BEST bits of the late 70s and the 80s
(and occasional surprises from other years)

Thursday 25th January 2007
7:30pm - midnight

at
THE FLY, 36-38 New Oxford St, London WC1A 1EP
(near Tottenham Court Road tube)

This month, we're marking DAVID BOWIE's 60th birthday
and the 30th anniversary of his classic "Low" album
by playing extra Bowie all night on both floors!

And for one month only, we're extending our usual range
to cover the whole of the 70s (not just the late 70s)
and the 80s, to salute Bowie's incredible 70s work.

On both floors, you can also expect to hear the likes of

SMITHS - BLONDIE - CURE - JOY DIVISION/NEW ORDER
SIOUXSIE - PSYCHEDELIC FURS - ASSOCIATES - IGGY POP

Down in the basement, SEAN TURNER (Smash Hits 7) will
also be playing dancefloor-oriented new wave and pop, e.g.

DURAN DURAN - HUMAN LEAGUE - SPARKS - PET SHOP BOYS
PRINCE - ROXY MUSIC - JAPAN - DEPECHE MODE - VISAGE etc

While up on the ground floor, VAL and NICK NYRO from
The Fan Club will focus on indie and alternative, e.g.

PIXIES - PATTI SMITH - GO-BETWEENS - SONIC YOUTH
RAMONES - FALL - WIRE - MAGAZINE - CLASH - PiL etc

Admission is completely FREE!

Dress to express:
think 80s/70s/alternative/glam/pink!
