New Wave Outpost Forum

A packed house at The Black Sheep last night, TJF have solidified themselves as my favorite live band and proved well worth the hour drive to see them (plus the conveniently scheduled business trip to Denver). If you get the opportunity to see them you won't be disappointed. Judging from the comments of the people exiting the show, they felt it was well worth the $10 admission

I had been there about 10 years ago at my wife's high school reunion as a matter of fact, maybe I met you then! Ha! Class of 82 for her

TJF came to my city a couple of weeks ago, and they rocked hard. I haven't done my music homework lately so wasn't sure what to expect. Oldest guy there? Yeah, it was probably me (mid 40's), but the young crowd got their money's worth.

ironically, the crowd was decidedly older here, I was quite surprised by the number of 40+ crowd. So much so that I noticed

Coop - The late start (10:00) may have contributed to that. Unknown to me, an opening band was on the bill & played for about 45 minutes. TJF didn't start until after 11:30.

Did you end up going to that Men Without Hats show?
