Anyone see them? Talking Stick is literally across the street from my office. Worth going? I have seen them both before.

I believe that some of the dates have been canceled (e.g. NY), at least for B52s, since Cindy is ill.

Sugoi !!!

Hey Coop...Haven't seen the Go-Go's yet, but now that the 5 original members are no longer playing together I'm in no hurry to catch them anywhere. As for The B-52's, saw them when they were on tour with The Pretenders (Chrissie Hynde, basically) at their stop at SPAC in Saratoga, NY. While Chrissie was engaging, authentic, tender, hardcore, and energetic, The B-52's were not. Chrissie came out first and played for almost 2 hours, and the packed house was with her from the first note of the introduction. Even during her ballads she kept the octane on full blast. On the other hand, The B-52's were lazy, perfunctory, uninspired, seemingly perturbed, and only broke a sweat because of the Summer heat. Before the show was half over I'd say that only a 1/3 of that packed house refrained from walking out. It was a total have-it-for-by-five attitude type "performance". Love these guys on record, but would I ever pay to see them live again? Uuuuh, no.

Go-Gos are the original members, B-52s are the only 3 of them for clarification
