Orlando weeks had been promising to release new music for months prior to this gig (one of only a handful) but he didn't, I think he was nervous about how it would be received and I believe he is probably his own worst critic. So on the night no one in the audience had heard a single piece of his music!

Orlando needn't have worried as his new stuff went down incredibly well albeit very different from the Maccabees.

It felt a very special gig to be at, probably one of my most memorable (and there have been a lot)!
