In the twin cities, there's good 'ol Radio k, 770am. The station for the University of Minnesota.

This Sunday(sunday! sunday!) at 2pm-4pm, I'll be the special guest on the show, playing some of my stuff. Yay. This is gonna be fun.

I had spoken to the woman who hosts/co-ordinates the Sunday Special about doing a New Wave show. Glad to see she's open ot the idea.

Since it's a 2-hour show, I'm going to be breaking out the best-of tunes, mainly from the vinyl collection. The program director liked my noting of Josie Cotton, so I'll be playing at least 2 tracks from her. and I'll be bringing her 3rd album just in cas

Before on that time slot it was Chuck & Joel with Cosmic Slop(all obscure 70s). They retired, so Terri K got the slot, and she basically has guests on the show and they play what they want. So I emailed her, dropped some band names last March, and here I

That was incredibly fun. Terri K(who made this possible) knew her music, and knew her 80s. She has it archived on CD she'll be getting to me.

Killer Pussy was fun to hear, I hadn't heard that in ages.
And I believe that's the first time I've heard Classix Nouveaux on the radio since 1985!

If when you get the cd I wouldn't mind a copy...

No plans, but if she were to call me up to arms a few months from now, I would do it. That means I would have to scramble that much harder for choice tracks.
