BEST: U2 Dec 19, 1987 me and 72,000 others in Sun Devil Stadium

WORST: Depeche Mode Aug. 1989 Phoenix, AZ. The band was bored, the crowd was hot, and my friend's Ford Escort was stolen from the parking lot.

Best: Kraftwerk Riviera Chicago 2005/Kraftwerk Riviera Chicago 1998

Worst: Too many to mention, and I usually leave. Most boring was Wolfgang Press mid-90's with Peter Murphy about 1989 a close second. An unknown band called Nine Inch Nails opened for Murphy and blew him away.

I saw Peter Murphy in '89 in Arizona. It was a fairly small outdoor venue and there were maybe 500 people there. It sucked. He sucked. Unfortunately, no NIN on that tour date. I would have remembered that. (I hope.)
