This past saturday, Tommy Tutone and Missing Persons came through Seattle. I wasn't too impressed with MP, or really Dale Bozzio, as they made it clear that they were not happy to be there. The group brought no energy to the stage whatsoever, didn't sound very great, but between songs, the bassist did manage to mumble something about the good quality of Seattle's weed. Nonetheless, I am still an 80s whore, and I waited around for Dale's autograph.

Surprisingly, the show wasn't a total loss - thanks to Tommy Tutone! They opened with about 13 songs (12 more than anyone knew they had), had lots of energy, were smiling and joking around, got the crowd involved, and actually sounded quite good. Tommy came out in the crowd during MP, drank, danced, and I had a chance to shake his hand and thank him for his performance.
