I just dug up a surprising novelty from my boxed-up archives - a sheet music book from 1978 (!) called "Best of New Wave Rock". Cover is in excellent condition, and the inside sheets are absolutely mint. This must have come from my peak piano...er, I mean, keyboard playing years. Check out this link to the scanned cover, track list is below. Any idea if this is worth anything?? Any interest?

Wow. I'd call that a find. Do NOT part with that - - you'll hate yourself!! I've never seen anything like that in my years of scavenging. If that book IS 1978 and had those two Clash tunes from London Calling, they must've JUST been written/released a

Asmuch as I'd like to have a copy of that book I must concur: DO NOT GET RID OF IT! (not even to me!!!) You'll shoot yourself in a few years if you part with this tome.

Gosh, sounds like I should keep it then. And it's got both the full piano music with tab notations above - neat. I'm still blown away by the perfect condition despite the somewhat musty used book smell.

As an aside, it was packed with a few Life Magazi

Well... I don't ordinarily reveal my secrets, but just this once ... The University at Buffalo Music Library has a copy of this book. I'm swinging by there today to check it out but I'll return it later this week.

So... how does this affect you? Get yo
