2 things available on Comcast Video On Demand that shocked me:
1. The movie "Hardbodies"
2. Diffrent Strokes episodes.
They are both available for free! I watched Hardbodies on Saturday night, and was totally in awe of some great 80s nostalgia. Sure, it was a T&A movie, doesn't mean I can't watch it.
Surprisingly, I recognized about 30% of the songs on it. There were several SSQ tracks, and "party time" by 45 Grave(uncredited). The band Vixen(before they were known with their videos, etc) was in it, and I didn't even recognize them. I'd do anything to get some of their early tracks("Computer Mania").
The movie "hardbodies" had more 3-inch white pointy-toe stiletto heel shoes in it than you can shake a stick at(oh yeah). Surpsingly, the scuz who "flips you off in 48 languages" is still getting roles. My kinda movie, even if it was made after 1983.
As for the Diffrent Strokes reruns, it was what Willus was talking about. Amazing how bad and cheap the writing for sitcoms was back then.
"Tube Time" on Comcast VoD is my new favorite section. Forget the music videos!
