I don't really like too much of any individual artist of the hard rock / metal genre, but I could make a CD of tunes (primarily from the earlier 80s, before a lot of the ultra-ridiculous hair and makeup) that I like, something like:

I remember in high school all the long hair kids being into Rush. They all had rush on their binders. I didn't listen to Rush till way later and I have to say I like them alot. They are not hair metal but what would you call them? I just say rock band. Th

Question: Was billy squire the one that sang stroke it? Rock me tonight? If it was, his career was doing great untill the video of Rock me. He did this wierd prancing dance. Does anybody remember that?

A lot of the Rock and Metal bands in this topic are so far down the list of Hair Metal you'd almost find it questionable to think of them as Hair Metal along bands like Poison, Motley Crue, RATT, Europe, Vixen, Tesla, and such. Bands like Van Halen, The S

That wierd hump dance video was the end for billy squire for alot of people. He was a rocker then comes out and starts prancing with these weird ballet moves. B-bye!
