I'm certainly game for the meet and greet.

Let me start out by saying that I'm fat and ugly. Expect a big ugly mess when you meet me. Sort of like vomit with hair.
Now that you have that visual, hopefully I end up being a bit better than that!

I don't think a single national meeting would be possible for everyone (and I apologize in advance to non-Americans). Maybe a LV meeting and a NYC meeting, since many people on the board seem to be concentrated in those two parts of the country, but of co

Another good place would be in Utah. A Different Drum recently hosted a two day concert with a bunch of synthpop bands. It would make it worth while trip to go a meet everyone and get a chance to see a concert too. Too bad we couldn't get organized ear

Not sure if it's going to happen, but the original 4 members of A Flock Of Seagulls are going to do another small tour of the US early next year.

They are scheduled to play the House Of Blues in Vegas on February 5th, 2005.

I'll tell you a story about a "meet and greet" I had with a fellow poster on a U of U fan website. It turns out that this guy was a new wave fan as well, so I offered to burn a disk for him and meet at a local Quiznos for lunch.

House of blues in fact all of Mandaylay has killer shows and a lot of new wave reunion acts stop there. 2002 had Billy Idol and then two weeks later had the Late Joe Strummer and then a month later had the Go Go's and B52s play there so no worries about
