Postby Justj0hn » Thu Oct 28, 2004 5:52 pm

Friday~<a href="http://www.mondo-nyc.com/" target="_blank">Mondo</a> Club nite at Bar 169 to break in the holiday weekend in a minor way.
Saturday~I'll most likely be going to the <a href="http://www.albion-batcave.com/home.html" target="_blank">Batcave</a> in NYC for their holiday festivities.
Sunday~<a href="http://www.deadcitydisco.com/" target="_blank">Get Precious</a> and the Funeral Crashers at the Knitting Factory. Afterwards I'll make an attempt at getting into the nomadic '<a href="http://www.motherfuckernyc.com/index1.html" target="_blank">Motherfucker</a>' night this time being held at Club Spirit.

What do you fellow new-wavers have planned??

Kimii, what is a ghillie?

Oh, I heard that halloween is on in your sisters county! But in order to make everyone happy they took away the right to vote from women and blacks!

In todays paper: there was a memo going around in NYC public schools that

I'm also finishing my son's costume. It's actually from last year but it still fits and he wants to wear it again. He's going as a Ranger from the 3rd Infantry Division. My daughter says she is too old to go out.
Halloween is also my birthday, so after t

Wave you are funny! I love when people think about their costumes like a Michael Jackson with a boy doll or something.

NYC has the best party anywhere! The village halloween parade is by far the best. I wonder why it was never on tv. Or mtv.

"who runs a night called TVC-15"

Hey Jim,

I've been to one of her nights about a year or so ago...in a spacious bar next to the Stone Pony. Was alotta fun. Problem with the Saint, if it's the place I'm thinking of, is that there's just no room.

Thanks, Kim. I can't wait for the looks of horror from the other parents this afternoon!

Here's how last night went:

I arrived at the Saint around 12:30. Met with Christina, who runs the TVC-15 night. She even has t-shirts. I suck. Seven and a half

Had a killer party yesterday for the kids in the neighborhood. My son was one of 3 red Power Rangers. Funny, no one planned it that way! It was pretty busy here yesterday what with 26 kids running all around. At least alot of parents stuck around too so m

Black Tape For A Blue Girl are playing outdoors tonight at the annual Boo 'N Brew in downtown Dayton. That is if they don't get blown off the stage--winds are gusting at about 45 mph right now but at least it's mild. Hope to make it down there. Last ye

I think a funny costume for a girl would be to dress up in military fatigues and do the Isaac from Love Boat double-gun salute at guys crothes a la Lynndie England.
