Brothers Pizza in East Brunswick, NJ....which still exists today.

Up the highway from that joint was a place where we occasionally ordered "Greasy Pete's Pie" which was a smaller version of a regular sized pie(much larger than a personal pan though)and

Mack's Pizza on the boardwalk in Wildwood NJ. Also Pat's Pizza in North Wildwood.

Macks is still around and still serving killer Pie.

Mothers Pizzeria (Hamilton, Ontario) was always my favorite growing up. sadly they went out of business...

Pizza Nova, Amato's and Mama's Pizza are a few of the better ones here in Toronto.

I did a scouting trip this evening; I could not find Sal's. I did find
Regina Pizza, on the southbound side of Kissena Blvd, north of the LIE.

Poppa Pizza and Keansburg Pizza were both family owned and operated joints in Keansburg, NJ (where I went to high school). Just about any independently owned pizzeria in the NY metro area makes a mean pie. I live in St. Louis now, and the closest I have f

I have to be honest with all of you. I grew up in Brooklyn, New York and the best pizzeria is a debate among New Yorkers alone. 'Cuz they're all here. We have the best pizza for the same reason we have the best bagels: we have some of the best water. I me
