Dang those handbags are beautiful! Great work. I'm in awe of that.

I like to make music. I have a fetish for old analog synths and "circuit bending" electronic kiddie toy keyboards and stuff. Dig theremins, effects pedal, noisemakers in general. I record under a few different names, mostly for my own pleasure.

I also play ukulele. Outside of music, I guess my main thing is movies, especially cheesy horror and monster flicks and sci-fi movies of the 30s-70s. Silent films too. As a sideline to horror flicks, I collect some monster toys and a few old monster comic books.

I also like to paint but haven't in years.

My wife makes soap and makes things out of gourds. She also plays piano and guitar.

I'm late to the party, and 2 holidays too late - but it took me a while to actually upload a picture.

Not being happy with the fact there were no crucified, undead, pumpkin-headed scarecrow decorations for Halloween, I made my own out of sculpy and fimo. The detail isn't that great in the picture (except for the noticable dust on the desktop...), but I was pretty happy with it. I also added a couple of ghosts making an offering to him.

Hey! Merry Christmas!

I used to make a lot of jewelry with polymer, and made a good chunk of money which promptly got spent on going out to clubs...[8D]

You are a man of many twisted talents, my friend. By any chance do you make voodoo dolls?

OK, it's time I resurrected this thread. Here are some more of my thingies:

A jewelry box I did for my wife:

A handbag I made for her also. It has a padded, crushed velvet lining. Yeah that's a little watch I attached to the top:

And a TV table for my parents:

Marv, those are fabulous! You have great style and an eye for unique details. I love the swing out drawers of the jewelry box. Does your wife use the handbag?

Marvy, I'm thinking of picking up that big screen DLP and thinking it needs a little something to sit on...nudge-nudge, wink-wink. [;)]

Manekineko, that handbag actually has a nice spot on her night table and is a good spot for hand and face lotion, lip balm and some aromatherapy stuff. I keep teling her to use it when we go out but she's afraid of it breaking or something, lol. I think she wants to "save it".

Blir, you serious? We can talk about that.
