I found this Article on the Klaxons and was a little bit confused. Is Next Rave the same as what we here consider Next Wave?

I have not heard the topic New Rave but I have heard several songs from the new Klaxons and they do sound very similar to the bands from the early rave scene, I guess I just categorized them as Techno.
