Whats The Word? I find it a bit hard to find many that are good these days.

I don't know how new they are now, but I've enjoyed some of the stuff from Leiahdorus. Ditto the Dignity of Labour.

Depending upon your definitions, both may be more on the synthy than electro side of things though.

Not brand new but in the past few years I've liked:

Ladytron
Client
Die Perlen
Vic Twenty (not the same guy as Vic20)
Freezepop
VNV Nation
Hong Kong Counterfeit
Adult.
Traci & the Plastics
The Kitbuilders
Solvent
The Soft Pink Truth
MAGAS
Spray

all are varioations on synthpop/EBM/whatever. Depending on your tastes you may or may not find some jewels out there.

Tiga's Sexor album - I think Tiger may have turned me onto this.
Ladytron for sure like Ollie mentions.
M83 and Metric which are just a bit older.
Telex's How Can You Dance - interesting cover interpretations.
Hot Chip's The Warning is okay, esp Boys From School.
Vive le Fete's Grand Prix has its Belgian groove on.
Heaven 17's Before After was pretty fun from last year, tho it quickly disappeared from view.

Basement Jaxx's new album is fracking ROCKING my world. Put on Hush Boy. That sh*t fracking OWNS.

Try Services, Element of Danger.
Sia.
Mylo.
And definitely check this out from the Lovemakers. Marvy Marv gives it heavy playage:

Right. I guess in retrospect it's kinda ridiculous to think Tiger had recommened something so hip and metrosexual.

Mind.In.A.Box is amazing

Intelligent lyrics, nice soundscapes, and very unique vocal manipulation.
