I kinda like it. They've certainly done worse.

Opinions?

Had this been their debut single, I would never have give this band a second listen.

But knowing their history, I'm still looking forward to hearing what else the new album has to offer.

You're just confused because you are both human AND dancer.

I hate it. At their current rate of musical regression, they'll be Maroon 5 any day now.

I almost stood up to defend Maroon 5.

I'll keep in mind that in response to their craptastic third release (which I panned) the same people that stood up for them then are now shooting them down.

"I've never understood the hatred for the band."

"I sorta like the new album... I think this is what the Killers are and should be."

Y'all got more positions that the Kama Sutra.

Time will tell but it shouldn't be too hard to improve on their last release. I'll have to hear more than a single new song to be able to make a definitive decision.

Believe me, I consider myself Mr. Brightside despite the abuse.Their first release was awesome. Don't like this one, I must be human AND dancer is correct! Plenty of bands I flip flop on. Loved R.E.M.'s early stuff. Hated some later stuff. Like their newer stuff.Who knows, maybe this will be the worst track on the record.

Link to that thread please? I'm not saying I didn't defend them but I don't remember ever doing so after the second album, which I initially thought was decent and later grew to hate.

To my recollection, YOU have been consistent. The quoted comments were directed to the other "Obamaspeakers" to see if they even remembered making them before they did their abrupt 180s.

After the Killers last debacle, the bar has been set so low that practically anything would be an improvement!
