Where can I hear Next Wave radio?

Postby n/a5 » Mon May 16, 2005 6:20 am

I am in NYC area and would love to hear some Next Wave radio to get a feel for the music. Does anybody play them? What about on XMradio?

Check out Live365 if you're on-line. Electroclash Radio is pretty good as is Robot Rock Radio.

Check out my show "That Modern Rock Show" on 89.1 WFDU fm Saturday nights at 11pm. Most of my listeners are in NYC. I mix it up a lot between old and new but VHS or Beta, The Bravery, etc. are regularly spun. Check out the playlists in the main forum.

Cool! You might also want to try satellite radio. I work at Sirius and the channel I'm on, "Left Of Center", plays some of it. There's also the "classic" new wave channel "First Wave". I'm sure XM has an equivalant to both. You can sample Sirius online in

I have an internet radio station at Live365 where I play a mix of classic New Wave & Alternative with lots of Next Wave bands. You can check it out here:
